Why Us?
We currently do products for several medium and large companies in different industries, ranging from forging and casting to motorcycle parts to large military vehicle engines components.
Provide prints and samples of product to be quoted. Prints must include metal specifications. If no prints, sample will work if metal is specified. If no sample, prints will work as long as they are complete (Note: AUTOCAD is preferred BUT .PDF is acceptable and either can be sent by email which is quickest).
No cost for quotation. Quotations will include any tooling cost, minimum order required. Price on each basis delivered to your location with all customs, duties, documentation, drayage, and expenses paid and the terms required for payment
Tooling must be paid in full before samples (first articles) can be made on all items that require hard tooling. Tooling can not and will Not be used by Vehicle Parts or the plant to sell to any other Company. Our Chinese division requires an agreement to be signed on day one to assure this and can litigate any abuse. (We have never had any abuse of this agreement because of our ability to sue as a Chinese company which is very binding in China.) We have had our agreement reviewed by very large companies here in the USA; we sign with the plant and all agree it is very binding.
WE PROVIDE CUSTOM TOOLINGS FOR EXPORT FOR CASTINGS, FORGINGS, AND PLASTIC EXTRUSIONS. AFTER DESIGNING AND BUILDING, WE PROVIDE SAMPLES MADE FROM THE TOOLING FOR YOUR INSPECTION BEFORE EXPORTING TO YOU. |
